Cetuximab (CTX), a monoclonal antibody against epidermal growth factor receptor, is being widely used for colorectal cancer (CRC) with wild-type (WT) KRAS. However, its responsiveness is still very limited and WT KRAS is not enough to indicate such responsiveness.
