“Turbo–RNA Immunoprecipitation” (T–RIP) of Processing Bodies in Arabidopsis

ABSTRACT: We aimed to investigate the RNA composition of the condensates known as processing bodies in the model plant Arabidopsis. For this purpose, we set up a pipeline for proximity–biotinylation–dependent capture of RNA; “Turbo–RNA Immunoprecipitation” (T–RIP). Using this approach we studied new roles for PBs under normal and heat stress conditions.
