Toxicological data to study the responses of macrophages to polycaprolactone nanoplastics

ABSTRACT: This dataset includes data obtained by flow cytometry to characterize the responses of J774A.1 murine macrophages to polycaprolacone nanoplastics. The data include viability data, mitochondrial potential data, phagocytosis data, oxidative stress data and cytokine release data. Data have been obtained immediately after exposure to the particles and after exposure to the particles followed by a 5 days long recovery period
