Population genomics of Brazilian native fruit species of Eugenia spp. (Myrtaceae) for conservation and improvement

ABSTRACT: This study investigated the genomic diversity and structure of four populations of 'uvaia' (E. pyriformis), a Brazilian native fruit species, using single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers obtained through genotyping of 111 accessions by sequencing (GBS).
