ABSTRACT: This study investigated the genomic diversity and structure of seven populations of Rio Grande cherry (Eugenia involucrata). , a Brazilian native fruit species, using single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers obtained through genotyping of 69 accessions by sequencing (GBS).
