CytoData: A dataset of Cellavision blood cell images with associated human labels and certainty.

ABSTRACT: This dataset is the underlying data used in the paper "Deep Generative Classification of Blood Cell Morphology (preprint: https://arxiv.org/abs/2408.08982). It consists of >500,000 images with labels for a subset of 5,000 identifying cell type and the labeller confidence.
