EUbOPEN chemotranscriptomics dose-response + IC50

ABSTRACT: #Update November 2025 - Please note that we uploaded a revised version of the data - If you have downloaded the dataset before December, please re-download and do not use the old version! # This submission contains normalized gene counts, dose-response curves and IC50 values for gene expression changes in cells treated with compounds from the chemogenomics library of the EUbOPEN project, calculated and fitted from a DRUG-seq experiment (5 concentrations in triplicates). A subset (donated chemical probe set) was measured in HEK293 and HepG2 while the full library was tested on U2-OS
