MALDI-TOF MS detection of somatic variants in human thyroid tissue samples

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to detect somatic variants in human thyroid tissue samples using MALDI-TOF MS (MassARRAY® Dx Analyzer 4). All human samples were de-identified and approved by the ethics committee (approval number: K2024-088-01). The dataset includes raw MALDI-TOF data files, variant detection results, and sample metadata.
