International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 04.2

ABSTRACT: This is a minor release based off the same data as the fourth data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 2432 genes. Data is provided from an FTP site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. The following folders are available on the FTP site: cores – All of the Solr cores used for the data release. csv – A set of special-purpose genotype-to-phenotype association reports. mysql – A MySQL dump of the IMPC database created at the time of release. reports – The full set of statistical reports for the IMPC data, generated at release time.
