International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 16.0

ABSTRACT: This is the sixteenth data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 8093 genes. Data is provided from an FTP site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. The following folders are available on the FTP site: cores – All of the Solr cores used for the data release. impc-bulk-data-api-mongodb – A collection of MongoDB BSON exports containing bulk IMPC API datasets. mysql – A MySQL dump of the IMPC database created at the time of release. results – The full set of statistical reports for the IMPC data, generated at release time.
