International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 21.0

ABSTRACT: This is the twenty-first data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 8901 genes. Data is provided from an FTP site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. The following folders are available on the FTP site: cores – All of the Solr cores used for the data release. impc_bulk_api – A set of JSON-formatted datasets prepared for bulk access via the IMPC API. impc-web-api – JSON-formatted datasets and supporting files used by the IMPC Web API. input-data – The files used as input to the IMPC pipelines. mysql – A MySQL dump of the IMPC database created at the time of release. results – The full set of statistical reports for the IMPC data, generated at release time.
