International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 23.0

ABSTRACT: This is the twenty-third data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 9277 genes. Data is provided from an FTP site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. The following folders are available on the FTP site: cores – All of the Solr cores used for the data release. genome-browser – Genome browser track files and annotations for visualising IMPC genomic features and mouse mutant alleles. impc-bulk-api – A set of JSON-formatted datasets prepared for bulk access via the IMPC API. impc-kg – A set of JSON files representing entities and relationships used to construct the IMPC Knowledge Graph. input – The files used as input to the IMPC pipelines. mongo – A MongoDB dump of the IMPC database created at the time of release. results – The full set of statistical reports for the IMPC data, generated at release time. spa – Data release files required for the IMPC single-page web application to function.
