ABSTRACT: This study contains 49 original time-series petri-dish images of Magnaporthe colonies from 12 plates, associated image-level metadata, and extracted morphometric analysis outputs generated using metrics-petri version 3.0.0.
The data comprise two acquisition groups. The 30 January group contains five images of plate P001. The 6 February group contains 44 images from plates P002 through P012, with four images per plate.
Each plate directory contains its corresponding image_metadata.csv file and an extracted analysis directory. The analysis outputs include quantitative CSV and JSON results, provenance records, segmentation overlays, and growth charts.
Image metadata were generated using the metrics-petri-metadata entry point. Analysis was performed using the installed metrics-petri 3.0.0 package in a separate Python 3.12 virtual environment. The exact software environment and analysis procedure are documented in the deposited documentation directory.
