ABSTRACT: Annotation data: Contains two large annotation tables, each with per-contig taxonomy, mapped read counts, and sample metadata (city, country, sampling date, ENA accession): contig_annotation.tsv.gz — full table, all contigs (viral + non-viral), matches the complete ENA dataset. viral_contig_annotation.tsv.gz — same data, filtered to superkingdom = Viruses.
