GC-MS metabolomics data associated with SA190-mediated PEG stress tolerance in Arabidopsis thaliana

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains processed GC-MS metabolomics data from roots and shoots of Arabidopsis thaliana treated with Pseudomonas argentinensis SA190 or mock under control and PEG-induced drought stress conditions. The dataset includes normalized metabolite values for individual biological samples and associated sample metadata. Metabolites were normalized to ribitol as the internal standard.
