Control of Arabidopsis shoot stem cell homeostasis by two antagonistic CLE peptide signalling pathways

ABSTRACT: Z-stacks were recorded with a LSM780/880 (Zeiss CLSM) from the top of inflorescence or vegetative meristems of Arabidopsis thaliana. Files can be opened either with the Zen Software (Zeiss) or ImageJ.
