Gene expression signature in platelets from healty vs. glioma patients

ABSTRACT: Identify upregulated genes in platelets from patients with brain tumors. Platelets from 12 healty controls vs. 8 glioma patients where isolated from whole blood collected in purple-cap BD vacutainers containing EDTA as anti-cogulant.
