ABSTRACT: This is a matched-pair analysis of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and invasive component (IDC) of nine breast ductal carcinoma to identify novel molecular markers characterizing the transition from DCIS to IDC for a better understanding of its molecular biology.
