ABSTRACT: Comparison of treatment sensitive GSC clones (TSGC) with treatment resistant GSC clones (TRGC). We used microarrays to identify molecular signatures of TRGC (upregulated genes). We used radiation treatment (RT) or RT plus TMZ to select treatment resistant GSC clones (TRGC)
