Transcription profiling of human primary and secondary glioblastomas

ABSTRACT: Gene expression data of primary and secondary glioblastoma subgroups. Experiment Overall Design: Total RNA was extracted from eighty-three glioblastoma biopsies in total. Probes were synthesized using the commercial Affymetrix kits and hybridized onto U133A Arrays.
