ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(17)H(18)I(2)N(2)O, the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 5.4?(1)°. An intra-molecular O-H?N hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. The crystal packing is stabilized by C-H?? and ?-? inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.697?(1)?Å].
