Surgical Treatment of Enormous Recurrent Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans.

ABSTRACT: A patient with enormous recurrent dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans underwent modified three-dimensional histology surgery. Frozen-section examination was used to identify the margins. The patient had a normal postoperative course.
