In the title structure, C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>6</sub>N<sub>2</sub>O·H<sub>6</sub>O<sub>6</sub>Te, the pyridine-3-carboxamide and telluric acid mol-ecules are inter-connected by conventional O-H⋯N, N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds of moderate strength as well as by π-π inter-actions between the pyridine rings. The strongest hydrogen bond in the structure is formed between a hydroxyl group of the H<sub>6</sub>TeO<sub>6</sub> mol-ecule and the <i>N</i>-pyrimidine N atom.
