Transcriptomic Data of Carboplatin exposed kidney cells (ciPTEC)

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains transcriptomic profiles of kidney proximal tubule epithelial cells (ciPTEC) exposed to carboplatin, and is part of a comparative analysis including oxaliplatin and cisplatin. The study aimed to identify pathways linked to platinum-induced nephrotoxicity. The goal is to expand the adverse outcome pathway (AOP) network for kidney injury and provide insights into molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
