Transcriptome profiling of zebrafish tcf3a and tcf3b knockout embryos

Project description:Total RNA was extracted from zebrafish embryos at 80% epiboly and genotyped for tcf3a and tcf3b to identify wild type, heterozygous and homozygous knockout embryos.
