Vorinostat and IV Fluorouracil/Leucovorin (5FU/LV) in Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

ABSTRACT: This protocol will investigate the use of vorinostat (suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid - SAHA) in combination with infusional 5-FU and leucovorin for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer patients who have failed standard 5FU regimens.
