Chemotherapy and Avastin Followed by Maintenance Treatment With Avastin +/- Tarceva

ABSTRACT: Chemotherapy and bevacizumab is given for 4 months. Patients who have not progressed will continue with maintenance treatment with either bevacizumab (Avastin) alone, or bevacizumab and erlotinib (Tarceva).
