Pre-emptive Cycline Treatment on Cetuximab Induced Skin Toxicity in Colorectal Cancer

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to test the role of cycline in the prevention of acne-like skin rash in metastatic colorectal patients treated with Cetuximab and intensified FOLFIRI.

DISEASE(S): Metastatic Colorectal Cancer,Patients Atteints D'un Cancer Colorectal En Première Ou Deuxième Ligne Métastatique, Kras Sauvages, Devant Recevoir Une Chimiothérapie Par Folfiri Intensifié Et Cetuximab.le Cetuximab Étant À L'or...,Colorectal Cancer Recurrent,Patients Atteints D'un Cancer Colorectal En Première Ou Deuxième Ligne Métastatique, Kras Sauvages, Devant Recevoir Une Chimiothérapie Par Folfiri Intensifié Et Cetuximab.le Cetuximab Étant À L'origine D'une Toxicité Cutanée, Les Patients Seront Randomisés Entre 2 Groupes, Un Groupe Avec Traitement Préventif De La Toxicité Cutanée (par Doxycycline) Et Un Groupe Sans Le Traitement Préventif.,Colorectal Neoplasms,Colorectal Cancer Metastatic,Skin Toxicity
