OPTIMOX-aflibercept as First-line Therapy in Patients With Unresectable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

ABSTRACT: Evaluation of feasibility of adding aflibercept to an oxaliplatin-based regimen rather than a continuous administration of chemotherapy until progression, in order to decrease the risk of severe toxicities.
