ABSTRACT: AVETUX is a single arm multicentric phase II investigator initiated trial conducted by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Internistische Onkologie (AIO) in 11 German sites in patients with previously untreated RAS/BRAF wildtype mCRC independent of MSI status.
