A Study of BMS-986340 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Nivolumab or Docetaxel in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors


ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and recommended dose(s) of BMS-986340 as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab or docetaxel in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study is a first-in-human (FIH) study of BMS-986340 in participants with advanced solid tumors.

DISEASE(S): Adenocarcinoma,Uterine Cervical Neoplasms,Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma,Carcinoma,Carcinoma, Transitional Cell,Triple Negative Breast Neoplasms,Cervical Cancer,Melanoma,Male And Female Participants ≥ 18 Years Of Age With Advanced Or Metastatic Cancers,Urothelial Carcinoma,Breast Neoplasms,Neoplasms,Carcinoma, Squamous Cell,Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of Head And Neck,Esophageal Neoplasms,Nsclc,Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer,Carcinoma, Renal Cell,Colorectal Neoplasms,Carcinoma, Non-small-cell Lung,Non-small-cell Lung Cancer,Ovarian Neoplasms,Gastric/gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma
