Prospective randomized control trial of fast track surgery on postoperative gastrointestinal tumor

ABSTRACT: Interventions: Regular group:Same as regular group.;Water before operation group:No lavation and nasogastric intubation. Oral intake of water 250ml 1.5-2 hours before operation; others are the same as regular group. ;Fast track group:No lavation and nasogastric intubation and oral intake of water 250ml within 1.5-2 hours before operation; place nasojejunic feeding tube during operation; other approaches same as regular group. ;Regular group:Preoperative fasting 6-8 hours, nasogastric intubation before operation; early ambulation in 24-48 hours, removing catheter at 48 hour after operation and control blood sugar under 12 mmol/l.;Glucose before operation:No lavation and nasogastric intubation. Oral 5% glucose solution 250ml within 1.5-2 hours before operation; other treatment same as regular group. ;Fast track group:Place nasojejunic feeding tube in patients with gastric cancer during operation and others are the same as regular group. Primary outcome(s): Length of hospital stay after operation Study Design: Randomized parallel controlled trial

Exploring the potential mechanism of Zhuanggu Zhitong Capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats based on the transcriptome

Project description:Objective: To analyze the differentially expressed genes and related pathways of Zhuanggu Zhitong Capsule (ZGZTC) in the treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats based on transcriptome sequencing. Methods: Eighteen SD female rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and ZGZTC group, each with 6 rats. Intervention was started 1 week after the model was established. The experimental group was given ZGZTC (567mg/kg), and the sham operation group and model group were given (1ml/150g) volume of distilled water, once a day for 13 consecutive weeks. On the second day after the last administration, samples were taken and blood was collected from the abdominal aorta to prepare the corresponding group of serum. RNA-Seq sequencing was performed to screen differentially expressed genes and KEGG function Annotation analysis and GO enrichment analysis.

Project description:Interventions: Drug : After the written consent to participate in the study on the day before surgery, we randomly divided into two groups using computer. In control group, take Picosolution 170mL and 500mL of water at 3 pm on the day before surgery. After 3 hours, tace Picosolution 170mL and 500mL of water.
