ABSTRACT: This double blinded randomized controlled trial aims to assess the efficacy of a novel oral synbiotic formula (SMT04) in reducing adenoma recurrence and colorectal neoplasia-related bacterial gene markers after endoscopic resection of colorectal advanced neoplasia.
