Project description:Bacteria isolated from potato scab lesions in Finland or northern Sweden were analyzed using microarrays, PCR, and sequencing. Data indicate wide genetic variability in pathogenicity islands among S.turgidiscabies and S.scabies strains.

Project description:CTCF ChIP-seq of 39 primary samples derived from human acute leukemias, namely AML, T-ALL and mixed myeloid/lymphoid leukemias with CpG Island Methylator Phenotype (CIMP). Due to patient confidentiality considerations, the raw data files for this dataset have been deposited to the EGA controlled-access archive under the accession numbers EGAS00001007094 (study); EGAD00001011059 (dataset).
Project description:H3K27ac ChIP-seq of 79 primary samples derived from human acute leukemias, namely AML, T-ALL and mixed myeloid/lymphoid leukemias with CpG Island Methylator Phenotype (CIMP). In addition, 4 samples derived from CD34+ cord blood cells of healthy donors were included. Due to patient confidentiality considerations, the raw data files for this dataset have been deposited to the EGA controlled-access archive under the accession numbers EGAS00001007094 (study); EGAD00001011060 (dataset).
Project description:The Northern Manhattan Study (NOMAS) is a community-based cohort designed to investigate the incidence and risk factors of stroke, dementia, and other vascular outcomes. DNA methylation profiles were generated using the Illumina MethylationEPIC v1.0 BeadChip, which assays about 850k CpGs, from blood samples of self-reported Hispanic adults. Eligible participants were stroke-free, aged ≥40 years, and had resided in the Northern Manhattan community for at least three months.
Project description:To characterize the human umbilical cord plasma (UCP) microtranscriptome profile at birth, we sequenced microRNAs in UCP samples collected at delivery, between the 34th and the 42th weeks of pregnancy (mean gestationnal age at birth: 39.3 ± 1.3 weeks), from 286 newborns from the Gen3G cohort. We then performed association analyses to assess the microRNA profile correlation with birth-related biological factors, maternal and fetal exposomes as well as factors related to early-life adiposity programming.
