Project description:In this study we performed ultra deep sequencing of genes associated with anti-EGFR resistance, such as KRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA, and EGFR in 17 plasma-DNA samples from a total of 10 patients treated with anti-EGFR therapy.
Project description:We conducted a proteomic analysis of LUAD patients with KRAS G12 mutations, and explore the interactome of KRAS G12 proteins. In conclusion, the findings of this study provide a deep understanding of the molecular mechanism of KRAS G12 mutation-driven LUAD.
Project description:Calcitriol, the active metabolite of vitamin D, modulates immune responses via vitamin D receptor (VDR)-dependent signaling, but its role in innate lymphoid cell (ILC) development remains underexplored. This study elucidates the mechanisms by which calcitriol promotes the differentiation and migration of IL-10+IL-22+ ILC3s from ILC progenitors (ILCPs) in murine and human systems, with implications for intestinal inflammatory disorders.
Project description:In this experiment the RNA of s.c. grown tumors of cancer cell lines of murine Ptf1aCre;Kras,Brg1-/- vs. Ptf1a;Kras;p53+/- PDA was isolated and analyzed for gene expression. Ptf1aCre;Kras,Brg1-/- s.c. PDA grows more benign as compared to Ptf1a;Kras;p53+/- PDA; and the rationale of this study was to identify genes responsible for this different biological behavior. Total RNA of s.c. tumors of Ptf1aCre;Kras,Brg1-/- vs. Ptf1a;Kras;p53+/- cancer cell lines was isolated, purified and analyzed on the deep sequencing platform.
