ABSTRACT: This dataset contains all RNA-seq runs for the BLN panel of cell lines and matched parental tumors. Tumor/cell line pairs have been authenticated using SNP profiles and all pairs were confirmed. Please note: The dataset also contains raw data from an early primary culture (BLN-1) where no stable cell line could be generated. Please also note different reference genomes.
