ABSTRACT: Whole Exome Sequencing of 9 Colorectal Cancer (CRC) samples performed on Illumina HiSeq4000 consisting of aligned paired reads. RNAseq data sequenced on Illumina NextSeq500 consisting of FASTQ single reads from 3 CRC colon samples. A total of 12 samples from five patients (we matched normal tissue or pbmc and tumors) were sequenced on Illumina NextSeq500.

The mRNA samples were used to construct the cDNA libray with mRNA-Seq assay, which was performed by Novogene (Beijing, China).The libraries were sequenced using HiSeq2000 or HiSeq4000 (Illumina) in paired-end mode, creating reads with a length of 101 bp (HiSeq2000) or 151 bp (HiSeq4000).

RNA-seq of Plasmodium vivax derived from clinical isolates

Project description:This project contains RNA-sequencing reads of Plasmodium vivax derived directly from clinical patients. Here, we aim to characterize the gene expression patterns in patients with various parasite compositions. Patients (n=10) were recruited from two malaria endemic areas in Thailand. Ten RNA samples were treated with DNase, followed by Epicentre Globin-Zero Gold kit to deplete rRNA and globin transcript. The RNA-seq libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq4000 platform to generate approximately 60 million paired-end reads of 150 bp for each sample.

RNA-Seq of human aortic endothelial cells with lysophosphatidylcholine, IL-35, and IL-10 against controls

Project description:Human aortic endothelial cells were stimulated by lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) (10μM) with or without interleukin 35 (IL-35) (10ng/mL) or IL-10 (10ng/mL) for 18 hours. Total RNAs were extracted from samples, then mRNA and non-coding RNAs were enriched by removing rRNA from the total RNA. The library was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000 using PE100 strategy and the reads were mapped to the human hg19 reference genome.

RNA-seq of canine transmissible venereal tumour biopsies
