ABSTRACT: This dataset contains whole genome sequencing data from 24 patients. For each patient a tumour and control sample has been sequenced on a Illumina HiSeq2000 instrument in paired-end mode. Up to three lanes per sample have been sequenced resulting in 112 Fastq files.
