Project description:As a contribution to the International Cancer Genome Consortium, whole exome sequencing of 345 Japanese gastric cancer (345 gastric cancers of NCC) with various histological subtypes have been conducted. This study aims to identify unique and common driver genes and molecular subtypes in Japanese gastric cancer.
Project description:In this dataset, we include the expression data obtained from gastric cancer tissues and gastric normal tissues to determine the differentially expressed microRNA in gastric cancer tissue.s
Project description:Copy number variation profiling of gastric tissues comparing gastric cancer tissues with matched adjacent noncancerous tissues. Goal was to determine the effects of chromosomal imbalances on gene expression and carcinogenesis or progression.

Project description:We analyzed DNA copy number alterations in 64 human gastric cancer samples and 8 gastric cancer cell lines using bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) arrays based comparative genomic hybridisation (aCGH).
Project description:This single cell RNA-seq experiment was performed to quantify DLL3 expression in tumor cells in small cell lung cancer patients.Tumors were rapidly dissociated after the surgical procedure using the Miltenyi Biotec Human Tumor Dissociation kit (cat# 130-095-929). Libraries were constructed using the VDJ NextGEM v1.1 10x Genomics Chromium kit according to the manufacturer's instructions. Samples were sequenced on a NextSeq 550 sequencer (Illumina). Corresponding EGA study number: EGAS50000001400, EGA dataset number: EGAD50000002034.
