Project description:Fastq transcriptomic sequencing files from Z138 MCL cell line with differential SOX11 expression. Samples include SOX11 wild-type (WT), SOX11 knockout (KO), and SOX11 re-expression (resc) in the KO background. The dataset includes 3 biological replicates per condition.
