Cells were treated for 8 or 24 hours with 0.5 μM AU-15530 or control (DMSO). The dataset includes 3 biological replicates per condition (AU-15530 8h, AU-15530 24h, DMSO 8h, DMSO 24h).
Project description:To investigate the molecular effects of telomere damage in skeletal muscle by Terf2 knockout, we performed bulk RNA sequencing on gastrocnemius-plantaris-soleus (GPS) and tibialis anterior (TA) muscles isolated from Terf2 knockout (KO) and control (Cre) mice. Total RNA was extracted from dissected muscles and used for library preparation followed by paired-end sequencing. Samples include both male and female 8 month old mice. The dataset comprises biological replicates from KO and Cre genotypes for each muscle type. FASTQ files correspond to quality-filtered and trimmed reads used for alignment.
Project description:This experiment contains a subset of data from the BLUEPRINT Epigenome project ( http://www.blueprint-epigenome.eu ), which aims at producing a reference haemopoetic epigenomes for the research community. 29 samples of primary cells or cultured primary cells of different haemopoeitc lineages from cord blood are included in this experiment. This ArrayExpress record contains only meta-data. Raw data files have been archived at the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA, www.ebi.ac.uk/ega) by the consortium, with restricted access to protect sample donors' identity. Project description:This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing data from paired aganglionic and ganglionic colonic tissue specimens obtained from three pediatric patients diagnosed with Hirschsprung disease (HSCR, OMIM 142623). RNA was extracted and sequenced to investigate transcriptomic alterations and signaling pathway dysregulation associated with HSCR pathogenesis. Raw paired-end FASTQ files generated by Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing are provided for each sample, enabling downstream analyses of differential gene expression between diseased and unaffected intestinal segments.

Project description:The expression profile and sequence variants of 476 early stage urothelial carcinoma were studied using whole transcriptome sequencing. RNA-Seq libraries were prepared by Ribo-Zero treatment of total-RNA (to reduce the rRNA content) followed by library preparation using ScriptSeq. RNA-Seq libraries were paired-end sequenced (2x 101 bp) on Illumina HiSeq 2000 and the resulting fastq files were processed using tools from the Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK and from the Tuxedo suite. Access to the sequence data (bam and vcf files), containing person identifying information, needs signature on a controlled access form, and can be accessed at The European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) using the study ID EGAS00001001236 following request. An expression matrix of FPKM values are available without restriction at ArrayExpress.
