Project description:Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of individuals consuming alcohol and controls in LC samples. Individuals consuming alcohol were profiled at time of intake (T1) into treatment facility and four weeks into treatment (T2). Controls were profiled once. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA Methylation BeadChip v1.0 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across 485,577 CpGs in LC samples. Samples included 33 case subjects at T1, 26 case subjects at T2 and 33 controls.
Project description:This cohort is an extension of our previous dataset (Spiers et al) containing DNA methylation profiled with the EPIC array on an additional 40 human fetal brain samples. Please note that these samples are from the same cohort as GSE58885.

Project description:We used the Illumina 450KMethylation BeadChip to measure DNA methylation at 485,512 loci across the genome for 40 postmortem brain samples. The purpose of our study was to identify differentially methylated regions (DMRs) associated with autism. Samples included 16 temporal cortex brain tissue samples (6 cases and 10 controls), 11 prefrontal cortex brain tissue samples (6 cases and 5 controls), and 13 cerebellum brain tissue samples (7 cases and 6 controls).
Project description:We aimed to decipher APOBEC3A driven mutational differences in human PDX_PDAC tissues. 40 human PDX_PDAC tissues were grouped based on their APOBEC3A expression levels into APOBEC3A High and Low groups. Illumina whole exome sequencing (WES) was performed and downstream variant analysis was applied.
