ABSTRACT: This dataset was conceived to characterize the genomic differences among different types of follicular-like thyroid lesions. To do so, we performed whole exome sequencing experiments on human biopsies corresponding to nodular hyperplasias, follicular thyroid adenomas, follicular thyroid carcinomas and Follicular Variant Thyroid Gland Papillary Carcinomas.
