Biological samples: 4 control, 4 treatment, independently grown and harvested. Two replicates per array. Please note that [1] there is one raw data file per two replicates, as indicated in the sample description field [2] the Columns 10 and 11 (in the raw data file), labeled as Raw intensity (mean) T1C and Raw intensity (mean) T1P, correspond to the raw intensities for each spot. Project description:18 older (65-71 years) and 20 young (19-25 years) males were recruited based on similar, self-reported physical activity, which was verified using accelerometry measurements. Gene expression profiles of vastus lateralis biopsies obtained by RNA sequencing. A clear ageing signature was observed despite similar physcical activity.

Project description:In this study, we aim at understanding which RNA degradation pathways are involved in keeping the secondary siRNA production in check in Arabidopsis thaliana. We have sequenced small RNAs from various T-DNA insertation single mutants and compared their capability of producing ectopic secondary siRNAs from endogenous miRNA targets. The mutants used in the work stem from three library pools from three different experiments. Libraries from all three experiments are submitted together here. The experiments can be distinguished by their title and their tag:experiment. There is a matrix of normalized reads from each pool of library as well called normalizedExp1.txt, normalizedExp2.txt and normalizedExp3.txt

Contrast of poly-ribosomal mRNA in germina vesicle (GV) and metaphase II (MII) bovine oocytes.

Project description:Poly-ribosomal mRNA from pools of 75 bovine oocytes at the germinal vesicle(GV) and metaphase II(MII) stages were isolated by sucrose fractionation then compared through microarray hybridization. 3 biological replicates from germinal vesicle(GV) and metaphase II(MII) bovine oocytes were hybridized against each other while alternating dyes. One additional technical replicate (dye-swap of one of the previous hybridizations) was added to balance dye usage. The normalized log2 ratio (GV/MII) data is provided in the 'normalized_data.txt' file. Please note that data were scanned/extracted using a different Agilent reference file, and thus the feature extraction number for a given probe (in both normalized and raw data files) is different from that in the official Agilent-041017 platform (GPL18537). The reference file used for this study is provided as a Series supplementary file (041017_D_DNAFront_BCBottom_20120517.txt).
