ABSTRACT: NIHR BioResource Common Disease Patients 2016. The dataset includes 13489 samples from blood donors, they were not screened for any particular disease, and therefore they are representative of the general population. Genomic data includes 845487 snps collected using the UK BioBank V1 Affymetrix array. Phenotypic data includes gender, age, ethnicity and disease. According to our internal quality check there are 81 duplicates in this dataset.
