Project description:Gene-expression profiling was performed to explore genotype-associated transcriptional alterations in the setting of spontaneous hepatitis. Total RNA extracted from liver tissues of four mouse genotypes (IKKβF/F, IKKβΔhep, Tg, and Tg-IKKβΔhep) was analyzed using the Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array. This dataset was generated as an exploratory reference microarray dataset and was used to identify candidate transcriptional changes for subsequent validation by independent RT-qPCR analyses.
