NanoString nCounter pancancer IO 360 panel (750 genes) assay was conducted with GBM patients tissue which was extracted at postoperative after recurrent event. The goal of this study was to extract significant genes which were associated with overall survival (OS) and durable response within AKC-treated recurrent GBM patients.
