Employing single cell sequencing for detection of mutational signatures reflecting on going mutagenesis

ABSTRACT: 12 single cells will be sequenced from a previously single-cell derived clone of a JSC-1 cell line. Additional 12 single cells are likely to be sequenced from a previously single-cell derived clone of a SW756 line. Both belong to CGP’s panel of approximately 1000 human cancer cell lines.
