ABSTRACT: We analyzed alternative splicing with Shh medulloblastoma. This dataset contains bam files of whole genome sequencing from 4 cases. Genomic DNA was isolated from both tumor and matched control specimens. We performed whole genome sequence on Illumina Hiseq.
