Whole-genome and transcriptome sequencing of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm

ABSTRACT: Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare aggressive malignancy derived from plasmacytoid dendritic cell precursors. We subjected tumor biopsies from patients with BPDCN to whole-genome sequencing and RNA-sequencing to investigate genomic alterations and deregulated gene expression in the disease.
